Grapes: 100% Garganega
Origin: Monte Tondo Classico area: calcareous soil of medium depth suitable for producing full-bodied and wines with mineral aromas. 
Vines Age: We store the wine in stell tank until March and in April we bottle the wine. The wine is ready from 60 days after the bottled, but the best characteristics are after 80 days.
